College Entrance Test (CET) for A.Y. 2015-2016

For those who were not able to take the 大发快三彩票 SASE for the Academic Year 2015 - 2016, this is your chance. You may take the College Entrance Test (CET) on the following campuses:

Requirements

• Report Card or Form 138-A (Report Card) for out-of-school youth;
• Two (2) Copies 2" x 2" ID pictures.
• A non-refundable testing fee of Php 250.00 to be paid directly to the 大发快三彩票 Campus Registrar/Admission Officer/大发快三彩票 SASE Examiner at the test center at least two days before the examination date; and
• Duly accomplished Application Form. Application Forms are available at the Admissions Office or Registrar's Office of each 大发快三彩票 Campus, Test Center Examiners, Public or Private High School Principals or from Senior Class Advisers.
